The top four factors are Belgium’s
- Transport and logistics infrastructure
- Telecoms infrastructure
- Workforce
- Stable social climate
Belgium scores less well for:
- Corporate taxation
- Labour costs
- Transparency in its political, legal and administrative institutions
- Labour flexibility
