Set up an SCS
An SCS is formed by one or more partners (who have unlimited liability), and one or several investors (whose liability is limited to the extent of their investment). There is no minimum capital requirement although the amount specified in the Deed of Incorporation is a legal commitment.
The investor is only liable for the amount of his or her promised contribution and cannot undertake any act of management, even by proxy. If the investor contravenes this rule then s/he loses her/his limited liability status.
